The Hyundai Santa Fe now features a larger platform, it has a longer wheelbase which leads to a larger interior. The new Santa Fe is more luxurious and has a larger, more spacious interior than before.
There are six Santa Fe styles to choose from. These allow you to build the Santa Fe your way. Now, there's more room and capability than ever. Santa Fe buyers can select from these models:
- Santa Fe SE: All Santa Fe models bring standard three-row seating. New H-shaped LED projector headlamps are at the forefront. Driver assists include a blind-spot warning system, while the Infotainment is controlled by a new 12.3-inch touchscreen display. Also included is Hyundai's Bluelink connected car system.
- The Santa Fe SEL: Adds heated front seats with H-Tex synthetic leather seating surfaces, Wi-Fi hotspot, a wireless device fast charger, Hyundai's Digital Key 2 and roof side rails.
- Santa Fe XRT: Start with a 12.3-inch touchscreen display; HTRAC all-wheel drive, 18-inch dark alloy wheels and all-terrain tires and 1.3 inches of extra ground clearance to assist in off-road explorations. The Santa Fe XRT can tow up to 4,500 pounds, when properly equipped.

Hyundai Santa Fe Specs
The new Hyundai Santa Fe models are all powered by a 2.5-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine making 277 horsepower and 311 lb-ft of torque. This powerful engine is matched to an eight-speed automatic transmission. Enthusiast drivers can "row it themselves" using Hyundai's Shiftronic shifting function. It's not a true manual system but it allows you to step through the gears as though it were. All Santa Fe models are equipped with standard front-wheel drive, although Hyundai's HTRAC all-wheel drive is an available extra-cost option. The off-road-oriented Santa Fe XRT includes AWD as standard.
The Santa Fe Hybrid is powered by a 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with electric motor, mated to a six-speed automatic transmission.
All Santa Fe models include Drive Mode Select, which switches from Normal, Sport, Snow Mode (AWD), and My Drive Modes via a dashboard switch. Select your gears by an innovative "twist-to-drive" column-mounted shift control. If you find yourself at the top of a hill, Hyundai's downhill braking control allows the Santa Fe to descend without touching the brakes.
